We can only accommodate issues with at most 1 week after receiving the parcel.

Common claims

The customer will have to pay the local shipping fee again for it to be reshipped.

After reshipped, if the parcel is subjected to RTS again, the order will then be canceled.

The shop is not liable for any missing component/s for a sealed item.

The missing component and/or item will be shipped along with your next order.

Please do not open the sealed item/s. You will be charged with the album's original price if opened.

Keep the bubble wrap, to pack the wrong item safely when shipped back to the shop.
