Section 1. General Policy

  • Please read carefully & order responsibly.
  • Please do not submit an order if you are not 100% sure of purchasing and are unable to pay on or before the payment deadline.
  • If you are a minor, please make sure that your parents are well-informed of your order/s. We will not be accepting cancellations due to the lack of parents' consent on your purchases.
  • If you have any questions, leave us a message via DM with your invoice code and/or concern. Please ask politely, rude customers will be blocked.
  • There may be changes on the terms and conditions without prior notice.


Section 2. Customer Information

  • All personal information collected will be kept confidential and will follow the Policy of Data Privacy Act of 2012.
  • Double-check all your details and make sure that they are up to date. We are not liable for any wrong information provided that will cause problems upon shipping and other problems that it may encounter.
  • For shipping details, please enter your address completely in order (Apartment/Building/Room No., Street, Barangay, City, Province).
  • You may request to update your information by sending us a message as long as it is not yet under for shipping process.


Section 3. Products

  • Pre-order Items
      • All pre-order items are official. These are ordered from official sites such as Ktown4u and Weverse Shop.
      • All items are sealed unless stated otherwise. We are not liable if the item/s you have received has a missing component/s or has manufacturing defects for sealed items. The responsibility for manufacturing defects rests with the manufacturer.
      • Each item have a different release date, these are stated in the description of each item.
      • All are under normal ETA. It usually takes at least 4-8 weeks after its departure from South Korea if no delays. We are not liable for any delay in the shipping before it arrives at our PH address.
      • Love, Mochi will keep you updated from time to time or you may check our latest updates on Twitter. #lovemochi_update
      • Before successfully placing an order, make sure that all the items, versions, and quantity you chose are correct.
      • We ask for your patience, if not willing to wait, you may continue not ordering from the shop.
  • Onhand Items
      • All items are in good condition unless stated otherwise.
      • Love, Mochi will keep you updated from time to time or you may check our mass updates on Twitter using #lovemochi_update.
      • Before successfully placing an order, make sure that all the items, versions, and quantity you chose are correct.


Section 4. Payment

  • All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the items become unavailable or out of stock.
  • Payments made in advance for local shipping fees are not recognized and are non-refundable.
  • Please pay on or before the payment deadline.
  • A 10% LATE PAYMENT FEE will apply for an overdue balance.
  • Failure to comply will be posted as a BOGUS BUYER and will be BLOCKED from any further transactions.
  • We only use VERIFED GCASH NUMBERS.
  • For items posted in our online shops, CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) is available on certain items only. The rest are not available for COD to guarantee successful delivery.

Section 5. Delivery Schedule

  • Pre-order Items
      • We don't accept requests for advance shipment.
      • These will be shipped once they have arrived at our PH address.
      • An email will be sent informing you that your item/s has arrived and is now waiting for shipment.
      • There may be delays in shipping if in case of personal emergency matters. Rest assured that all paid orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • Onhand Items
      • Once paid, you will be notified once your order is ready for shipment.
      • Items posted in our online shops, shipment of order is done as soon as possible (same day or next day pick up).

Section 6. Cancellation & Changing of Orders

  • Strictly NO CANCELLATIONS and NO CHANGING of orders once secured.
  • If cancellation is insisted, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total due will apply for PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
  • Changing the album version is allowed provided that the album details are not released on the first day of pre-order but are released before the order deadline. Notice will be provided for this case.
  • Failure to comply will be posted as a BOGUS BUYER and will be blocked from any further transactions.


Section 7. Refunds & Returns

  • Customers should check their order/s immediately after receiving and take an uncut unboxing video (from start to end).
  • Note: NO PROOF = INVALID CLAIM

  • In case of product defects such as minor dents, scratches, and discoloration are not eligible for exchange or return
  • Love, Mochi is not legible for any issues caused by the third-party courier.
  • Should there be any issues that are not mentioned above, please do inform us immediately.
  • We can only accommodate issues with at most 1 week after receiving the parcel.
  • Common claims
      • RTS (Returned to Sender)
      • The customer will have to pay the local shipping fee again for it to be reshipped.
        After reshipped, if the parcel is subjected to RTS again, the order will then be canceled.

        • We have the right to POST and BLOCKED as a BOGUS BUYER if the item is returned to us due to your unavailability or order cancellation on the day of delivery. You can immediately inform us if the courier didn't reached out to deliver your order to avoid miscommunication.
        • AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION on the following:
          • Transactions deemed suspicious. You can simply inform us if you will be using multiple accounts to avoid cancellation;
          • With previous record of Return to Seller (RTS) parcel without any communication received from the buyer regarding your returned order; and/or
          • With previous record of Return to Seller (RTS) parcel that was DECLINED BY BUYER upon delivery.

      • Incomplete component and/or item received
        • The shop is not liable for any missing component/s for a sealed item.
        • The missing order or item will be shipped along with your next order or will be refunded immediately.

      • Wrong item/s received
      • Please contact us immediately.
        • If you wish to return the item, please do not open the sealed items shipped to you (we will no longer accept returns once opened). Keep the original packaging to ensure that the returned item will arrive safely back to our shop. The correct item will be shipped immediately.
        • If you wish to get a refund, please inform us regarding the issue so we can process the refund immediately.
